We will not perform a credit check on you when:
- Signing up to use Klarna
- Downloading the app
We will perform a soft credit check when:
- Deciding to Pay in 4
- Deciding to Pay in 30 days
- Applying for Financing

Which payment methods are accepted?
Klarna currently accepts debit cards as a form of payment when checking out with Financing. Subsequent payments (including autopay) can be made via checking account.
Can I pay off my balance early?
Yes, there will be an option to pay early in the Klarna email correspondence OR via the Klarna app.
Is shopping with Klarna safe?

Where is Klarna Financing available?
Klarna Financing is currently available nationwide, except for online and in-store shoppers residing in West Virginia and Massachusetts. Klarna is available in Puerto Rico, but not in other US Territories.
Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@shopnurserynetwork.com.

Exchanges/Returns
At Nursery Network, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. Our Returns and Exchange Policy is designed to set clear expectations for returns and exchange procedures, ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@shopnurserynetwork.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges:
1. 30-Day Return Policy:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Shipping:
- Nursery Network covers return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
